My file size blunder aside - still can’t believe I did that - I’d really like to know why the drivers installer file keeps getting larger and larger. Currently they fix something for one card, and it breaks something for another. They really should have at least two branches for drivers these days - ones for the pre-ray tracing cards, and ones for the newer ones. As a side note, 720 GB? Really? Why the heck does each drivers release keep getting closer and closer to the 1 TB file size?īecause Nvidia stubbornly refuses to break off their ray tracing card drivers from the older ones.
